Customer had temporarily resolved issue by resetting breaker, indicating potential electrical component failure. Inspected well pump system and electrical connections at exterior utility area, documenting existing equipment condition including weathered piping and pressure tank installation. Advised customer that breaker tripping pattern suggests pump motor drawing excessive current, likely due to failing capacitor, worn impeller, or motor bearing issues requiring further diagnostic testing and potential pump replacement to achieve permanent resolution.
Responded to no domestic hot water complaint on combination boiler system. Upon arrival, found unit in standby mode displaying 71°F and 0 kbtu/hr on digital control panel with max efficiency setting enabled. Inspected boiler piping configuration including copper supply and return lines, yellow-handled isolation valves, and associated pressure regulation components. Diagnosed issue preventing domestic hot water production while heating system remained operational. Evaluated control board status indicators and verified system parameters on LCD display. Examined plumbing connections at boiler manifold including brass fittings and ball valves serving both heating and domestic hot water circuits. Performed necessary repairs to restore domestic hot water functionality. Cycled system through complete operational test to confirm proper heating and hot water production. Replaced Reme halo
Replaced the variable speed ECM blower motor on a Lennox Elite EL296V air handler. Recovered refrigerant charge and disconnected wiring harness. Removed blower housing and assembly. Installed new factory OEM blower motor kit and programmed airflow settings. Evacuated system and recharged with weighed-in quantity of R-410A refrigerant. Verified proper airflow across evaporator coil at all speeds.
Routine maintenance on a Lennox heat pump. Backup heat was not working. Found that a wire had disconnected from its plug. Attached new plug and tested, functioning correctly now. System running well.
Water heater installation service call. Customer's current unit was leaking badly and creating numerous issues. Performed water heater replacement and carried off original unit.
Drain cleaning service call. Customer had blockage in the drain line coming away from their upstairs bathroom. Performed drain clearing and water is no longer backing up.
Drain cleaning service call. Performed drain clearing on kitchen sink drain which had built up a large "fatberg." Issue resolved and everything flowing smoothly now.
