There’s a reason we have been loyal customers with Moyer for many years—trust. We trust their professional opinion and their work. From interacting with Roberto about an issue on the weekend (he came out quickly and verified my concern) to speaking with the office numerous times via phone, text, and email about the solution to the issue, everyone was professional and helpful. Today, after parts were ordered, Roberto came out to fix the problem and he got things running well. He was pleasant, professional, thorough and he kept things clean. He also was able to save us some money by verifying that one part was still in good shape and did not have to be replaced, as we originally thought. Once again, Moyer has done a great job!
Replaced the blower motor on a Carrier unit. Disconnected the power and removed the faulty motor. Installed a new OEM blower motor, ensuring proper alignment and secure mounting. Reconnected the electrical wiring and tested the motor for correct operation. Verified the system's airflow and overall performance. Ensured the unit is functioning efficiently and effectively with the new blower motor in place.
Completed system checks on a Lennox Elite and Lennox Signature systems. Both units were working to full capacity and operating properly.

Repairing Heat Pump system that was not cooling the clients home.
Installed a water treatment system to eliminate chlorine and hardness for a new homeowner. Set up a whole-house carbon filtration unit to remove chlorine and installed a water softener with a resin tank to address hardness. Calibrated both systems to optimal settings. Tested the water to ensure chemical levels and hardness were effectively reduced.
Performed an AC tuneup on a Lenox system. I checked the refrigerant levels, cleaned the condenser coils, and inspected the electrical components. I also checked the airflow and temperature to ensure optimal performance. The unit is running properly for the home. The customer was pleased with the maintenance.

Maintenance on Lenox heat pump for AC mode.
Today, I tackled a repair on a US Boiler Alta model. I started by diagnosing the issue, which turned out to be a faulty ignition system. After replacing the igniter and checking the gas valve for proper operation, I proceeded to clean the heat exchanger and inspect the flue passages for any obstructions. The system pressure and water levels were adjusted to ensure efficient operation. The boiler is now running smoothly and safely.

Heating maintenance service call. Customer has three year old Trane unit. Performed full furnace tune-up checklist and ensured the system was working correctly. Everything looks good at this time. Discussed indoor air quality solutions with customer.
