Serviced a Trianco-Heatmaker oil boiler. System is running well. Draft regulator pins are a little loose, clamped them down tighter to prevent them from working loose. Cleaned heat exchanger, replaced nozzle and oil filter.
Did a tune-up on a Rheem heat pump. System is running properly and is good condition. Also found my light I forgot in their attic during their previous maintenance.
Did a heating check on a recently installed Daikin Fit heat pump. System is running well and is in good condition. Needs new filter.

Completed a system check on a Keystone boiler and a Mitsubishi mini split. Serviced an American standard AC unit and found that the breaker was turned off. Turned the breaker on and verified that the system was operating correctly.
Cleaned and serviced a Axeman-Anderson oil boiler. System running well. Purged expansion tank, replaced oil filter. Bypassed the low limit on the triple aquastat to make it a cold-start boiler, since the domestic water coil has been disconnected.
Installing Honeywell whole home back up generator with automatic transfer switch.
Completed service on Daikin heat pump system with cooling problems. Upstairs was too cool and downstairs would maintain temperature properly. Found that zoning control was wired improperly and was fixed.

Responded to a service call for a Lennox EL296V air handler not providing cooling. Discovered three pleated filters improperly installed in the return duct, severely restricting airflow. Removed unnecessary filters, leaving only the OEM 1-inch filter in place. Checked blower operation and refrigerant charge. System resumed normal cooling function within manufacturer's specifications after correcting the airflow issue.
Responded to a no A/C call due to a clogged condensate line, causing the float switch in the drain pan to cut off power to the unit. Cleared the condensate line blockage to restore proper drainage. Reset the float switch and restored power to the system. Tested the unit to ensure efficient operation and verified that the issue was resolved.
