Thank you so much for taking the time to leave an excellent rating. We really appreciate your business.
Serviced a 26 year old EFM oil boiler and an Armstrong air conditioner. Boiler is running well for its age, replaced oil filter and nozzle. A/C had a dirty condenser coil, cleaned.
Did a tune-up on a Thermo-Dynamics oil boiler. Running well and in good condition.
No cooling call, found outdoor unit was not getting power. Replaced blown fuse on outdoor disconnect for a Concord heat pump. System running well, temperatures and pressures are good.
Called out to a residential property in Kempton, PA where a Trane XR16 heat pump system had gone offline. Upon inspection, discovered rodent damage to the low voltage wiring running between the indoor air handler and the outdoor unit. The thermostat wire bundle had multiple areas chewed through by mice, breaking communication between components. Replaced the entire length of 18/7 thermostat wire and reconnected following the Trane wiring diagram color codes. With new control wiring in place, the system was able to communicate properly. Initiated system restart sequence to have the heat pump and air handler establish new operational parameters. Cycled through heating and cooling modes to verify refrigerant pressures, air temperatures, and component functionality. Heat pump is now running efficiently after resolving the control wire issue.
Repairing electric water heater that is not working.
Replacing well pump for customer that had no water since yesterdays snow storm.
