Completed comprehensive preventive maintenance inspections on two heat pump systems for cooling season operation. Performed tune-up service on basement unit and second-floor Lennox heat pump, including inspection of heat exchanger coils, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, and system controls. Both units tested and confirmed operational with all safety parameters within manufacturer specifications.
Replaced failed internal tank assembly on Hague water softener system and installed surge protector to protect equipment from electrical damage. Utilized existing copper piping connections with brass fittings and verified proper operation of digital control unit and valve system upon completion.
Completed preventive maintenance inspection on Lennox air conditioning system installed June 2018. Performed comprehensive tune-up including inspection of blower wheel assembly, verification of proper airflow, and examination of refrigerant line connections. Blower wheel showed clean operation with no debris accumulation. Copper refrigerant lines and fittings inspected for proper insulation and connections with no leaks detected. Delivered two bags of water softener salt as requested. System operating within normal parameters.

Completed comprehensive heat pump tune-up and inspection on two Lennox systems as part of CPP heating maintenance program. Performed full preventive maintenance on basement unit installed in 2019, including inspection of outdoor condenser, electrical components, circuit boards, refrigerant lines, and control systems. Conducted thorough inspection of second-floor heat pump system. Verified proper operation of all electrical connections, capacitors, and control boards on outdoor units. Noted refrigerant line set insulation materials received and scheduled for installation at later date to accommodate scheduling constraints, with work planned to be completed externally without interior access required. All systems operating within normal parameters following tune-up procedures.
Plumbing inspection
Diagnosed and replaced failed circulator pump on 40-year-old natural gas boiler system. Completed drain and refill procedure to restore heating functionality to basement zone, which had previously been non-operational. System showed significant mineral buildup and oxidation consistent with age, but is now operating properly after repair.
Gas valve not working.
Did a checkup on two Lennox heat pumps, both are in good working condition. Found a spot on the ductwork where the tape was peeling off, fixed it. Also did a plumbing check and found a slow leak at the water softener.
Found a bad backflow preventer and expansion tank replaced both and got the boiler back up and running.

I completed a system check on a Lennox and a Lennox Elite system, both operating per industry standards. I also verified the operation of REME Halo at the indoor unit and checked the plumbing fixtures in the house. All systems were working properly.
Comfort Partner Plan heating inspection on 5 year old Lennox heat pump. System is clean and operating properly.
Ductless mini split installation service call. Installed new ductless mini split unit into client's outdoor workshop. Went over proper operation and air conditioning maintenance schedule. Customer is satisfied.
Water purification installation. Put in a new whole-home water purifier and water softening system. Advised customer on proper operation and maintenance.
Indoor air quality consultation. Discussed installation of UV light purification and powered air purification systems. Customer decided to go ahead with UV light installation.
