Responded to no cooling complaint on heat pump system. Found indoor evaporator coil completely iced over while both indoor and outdoor units were running. Instructed customer to turn system off and run fan only mode to allow coil to thaw completely. Inspected attic installation and ductwork system during visit. Customer reported recent filter change but uncertain of unit age and previous service history. System requires follow-up after thaw cycle to diagnose root cause of icing condition, which may include low refrigerant charge, restricted airflow, or failed components.

Completed installation of Daikin Aurora ductless heat pump system with exterior disconnect box and interior wall-mounted air handler unit. Additionally installed heat kit in existing Lennox air handler at no charge, collected system balance measurements, and verified proper operation of all components with digital testing equipment.

Performed annual maintenance on Lennox heat pump system installed in 2021. Inspected attic ductwork, checked connections, and examined insulated piping for proper operation. System is functioning within normal parameters; recommended continued regular maintenance to maintain efficiency and extend equipment lifespan.

Completed a heating check on a Lennox gas furnace and heat pump. The system was working properly. Tested the thermostat, checked the air filters, and performed a combustion analysis. Cleaned the burners and inspected the heat exchanger for any signs of damage. Enjoyed working with the helper while reading information off the thermostat.
Performed an AC tuneup on a Lennox heat pump. The system was thoroughly inspected and various components were adjusted to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. The system is in good working condition.
Furnace maintenance service call. Performed full heating maintenance checklist on 5 year old Carrier system. Cleaned unit, checked component for proper operation, everything looking good upon completion of furnace tune-up.
Heating maintenance service call. Performed full furnace tune-up on 7 year old Trane system. Went through entire furnace maintenance checklist, ensured all components of the system were operating correctly.
