Updated hydronic heating equipment on Triangle Tube Prestige heating boiler. System had relief valve issues due to expansion tank problem.
Furnace repair service call. Customer's 7 year old Bryant unit no longer working properly. Upon completion of heating repair inspection, discovered there was a bad control board and replaced the unit. Everything working correctly now.
Smart thermostat installation service call. Installed customer's new Nest thermostat and walked them through proper operation.
