We had a leaky condensate pump that needed replaced. I called and within a few hours on the same day, it was evaluated and replaced. This is great considering the low temperatures expected all week. Thanks so much!

Always professional and personable! Kelly is always so nice to talk with and everyone I’ve ever dealt with is knowledgeable, gets the job done right. What might be a panicked moment for me, is just something to solve easily for them. And, they like my dog!

Found that the oil pump is leaking along the shaft seal, which is not field repairable. Recommended replacing pump. Replaced leaking oil pump. Set to 100 PSI. Used a combustion analyzer to confirm proper burning. Straightened out the flue, as it was pitched incorrectly. Blower motor bearings are squeaking, recommend oiling the bearings. The flame observation door is sealing poorly.

Roberto was such a professional and helpful service man. He not only serviced our mini splits but he also told us about what other services they offered and tested our water. This is really helpful as we are experiencing some plumbing issues that he took pictures of to let a senior plumber know about so they can help us resolve it.

Did an inspection on a Lennox Merit series air conditioner. System is running well. Changed filter. Cleaned outdoor unit and condensate trap.
Replaced failed auto feed valve.
Replaced a failed blower motor on a 1983 Magic Chef oil furnace. System is back up and running.
Did a tune up on a 14 year old ICP Heatpump. System is running well and in good condition.
Performed checkup on 1 year old Daikin Fit system. Unit is running well and in good condition. Changed filter.
Did a checkup on a Multi-head Samsung system. It is running well and clean.
Completed heating service on boiler that wasn’t heating the first floor. Found zone valve had failed. Replaced power head and verified the heating system is working properly.
Investigating unusually high electric bills on a Lennox heat pump. Found that a failed defrost sensor had allowed ice buildup, which blocked airflow to the outdoor unit and caused it to lockout on low pressure. This caused the backup heat strips to run much more than usual. Replaced faulty sensor. System is running well.

Both of the workers were extremely pleasant to work with. They eased my concerns and found the problem.
