I repaired a Goodman GSX14 air conditioner that was not cooling properly. After diagnosing low refrigerant levels, I located a small leak in the evaporator coil. I repaired the leak using a refrigerant sealant and refilled the system with R-410A refrigerant. After testing the unit, it returned to full cooling capacity, and the leak was no longer an issue.

Blandon, PA - Received a call about a leaking hose bib at a residential property. Upon arrival, I isolated the water supply by turning off the nearest angle stop. I then used a basin wrench to remove the faulty hose bib, taking care to avoid damaging the copper supply line. After cleaning the threaded fitting, I applied fresh teflon tape and installed a new lead-free 1/2" hose bib with an integrated vacuum breaker for backflow prevention. Once the new hose bib was hand-tightened, I slowly opened the angle stop to check for leaks under pressure. Finding no drips, I completed the installation by securing the hose bib with a bib hammer. Following a final leak test, I restored full water service to the outside faucet. The new hose bib meets current plumbing codes and will provide years of durable, leak-free operation.
