Completed full HVAC system change-out, replacing existing equipment with Moyer Comfort Series heat pump and gas furnace. Converted fuel system from natural gas to propane using appropriate conversion kit. Installed 4-1/2" x 16" supply trunk with dual-direction airflow configuration and open return system. Performed vacuum test on refrigerant lines to verify system integrity prior to charging, confirming proper evacuation and absence of leaks in the heat pump circuit.

Installed Water Max WT water treatment system with acid neutralizer and iron-removing capabilities to address low pH water (5.8) and fine iron-rich sediment causing rust-colored residue buildup in plumbing fixtures and CPVC piping. System includes gray cylindrical softener tank (model WM 20MXQ 8IG) with integrated filtration components connected via PVC and blue CPVC piping with red ball valve shutoffs for system isolation. Installation required wall penetrations and plumbing modifications to integrate treatment system into existing water supply line, with patching and finishing work performed on interior wall surfaces around new piping runs.

Responded to no cooling complaint on 2018 Lennox system with S-20 smart thermostat. Upon arrival, system was running but not producing cool air. Diagnosed issue related to airflow restriction caused by dirty air filter despite customer reporting recent change. Removed filter temporarily to test system performance and confirmed improved air temperature output. Identified thermostat connectivity error that may have contributed to system malfunction. Instructed customer on proper filter maintenance schedule and thermostat operation to prevent future issues.

Responded to emergency call for rapidly accelerating leak in basement near well pressure tank system. Upon inspection, identified significant corrosion on existing plumbing infrastructure including pressure tank connections, valves, and associated fittings. Addressed immediate leak to prevent further water damage and system failure. Due to advanced age and deterioration of components, recommended complete system replacement including pressure tank, pressure switch, pressure gauge, relief valve, and shut-off valves. Documented existing conditions with photographs showing corroded piping, compromised connections, and overall system condition. Provided quote for comprehensive replacement of well tank package and associated components to be completed at later scheduled appointment.

I completed a heating inspection on a Lennox heat pump. I checked the system's performance, inspected the electrical connections, and tested the thermostat.

Did a tune-up on a 11 year old Lennox signature series heat pump. Run capacitor on the outdoor unit was weak, replaced with a new one. System is running well.

Serviced 2 Carrier heat pumps, both are working properly and in good condition.

Completed oil boiler service and cleaning. Cleaned the oil nozzle assembly and replaced oil nozzle and filter. Verified safe and proper system operation.

After the inspection, I provided the homeowner with a detailed report of my findings and recommendations for future maintenance.
