Inspected well pump, pressure switch, and water treatment system including Hague water softener and acid neutralizer installed in 2024. Upon examination, discovered acid neutralizer media level unchanged and water softener salt level static for three months, indicating treatment system not cycling properly. Performed raw and treated water quality testing using test strips to analyze iron levels and pH values at kitchen sink location. Utilized multimeter to test electrical components and pressure switch functionality. Conducted comprehensive plumbing system inspection as requested. Water filter housing showed white mineral buildup on exterior, suggesting water chemistry issues. Documented findings with water test results and system condition for customer records.
I recently completed a heat inspection on a Lennox furnace. The inspection was part of a routine maintenance check for a residential property. During the inspection, I checked the furnace's combustion chamber, heat exchanger, and venting system for any signs of damage or wear. I also tested the thermostat and blower motor to ensure they were functioning properly. Arrived at a residential home to provide a tune-up on a Trane AC. The system was thoroughly inspected and tested. Recommended changing the air filter, but overall there were no issues with the system.
