System is running well. Changed filter. Adjusted the lockout temperatures for the backup heat, removed heat pump lockout, lowered backup heat lockout to 20°. This will make it so the heat pump takes more of the load at lower temperatures. Electrical readings are normal and connections are secure. Temperature split is good. Humidifier is operating correctly.

Cleaned and serviced 2 year old Lennox air conditioner. System is clean and in good running condition.

Did a routine checkup on a 9 year old Rheem heat pump. System is running well and in good condition.

No heat call on a Crown boiler. Burner was not igniting, and boiler was leaking in 2 places on arrival. Air vent had failed and was leaking, replaced with new. Several bolts on the domestic coil were leaking, tightened them up and leaking stopped. Found that the nozzle had become clogged and was preventing proper combustion, replaced. System now running properly.
